There are lots to learn about wine, we all do not need school to know more about wine but the introduction of the qualities of different bottles of wine on the shelf can make a lesson note. The explanations that go with these bottles of wine speak volume about some of the things you should look out for when buying or drinking wine.
Bolgheri Rosso DOC

This red wine is an expression of the vineyard, which Michele Satta planted over 15 years ago and where he wanted to show the great potential of the area Bolgheri red wines with plenty of character. The vineyard is traditionally relatively densely enough (6200 shrubs / 1 ha), with respect to the natural balance of the vineyard. Hand picking at optimum ripeness of the grapes guarantees quality juice for fermentation without adding yeast. Cider fermented on the skins for at least three weeks. After 10 months of aging in oak barrels, the wine is bottled without filtration.
Varietal composition: Cabernet 30%, Merlot 30%, Sangiovese 30%, rest other red varieties. Bright ruby to garnet color, nice, pretty distinctive aroma, with hints of spice, cocoa and sweet tobacco. The taste is full and harmonious. It’s versatile, very pleasant wine.
It is perfect for meat starters, pasta with red sauce, almost to everyone, especially red meat, cheeses as well.

Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC

Very good quality and nice Chardonnay from Elena Walch.
Clean, fresh South Tyrolean Chardonnay from stainless steel tanks.

Cuvée di Fight, Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOCG

Excellent Prosecco produced from grapes of the best vineyards appellation. It is made of natural Charmat method in oak barrels, partly in stainless steel tanks.
Varietal composition: 100% glera / Prosecco earlier /.
Slámov?žlutá color with golden sparks. The rich and the unmistakable scent of ripe fruit, reminiscent pear and apple Golden. Taste delicious, intense, yet harmonious. Very versatile use: as an aperitif, with light appetizers or fish, however, may accompany all dishes of food to dessert.

Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC

Spicy Traminer from Traminer, homeland of this variety. The filing of Elena Walch, one of the most prestigious wineries of South Tirol, is even in its basic version, a really beautiful experience.
100% jednoodr?dové wine . Fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks.
Typical, rich and concentrated aroma and flavor, but delicate, delicate. Taste pleasantly dry and elegant.

Pinot Grigio, Alto Adige DOC

Pinot Grigio from the prestigious South Tyrolean winery Elena Walch is an example of skill winemaker and specificity territory. Even in its basic form is a Pinot Grigio much fuller and stronger than most of the same wines in this category. It is mainly due to the excellent positions vineyards on the east slopes of the Traminer, with alluvial, gravelly soil.

Prosecco Extra Dry DOC

Very popular sparkling wine from grapes glera / formerly Prosecco / produces a natural Charmat method.
Straw yellow very light in color. The aroma is fruity, reminiscent crab apples. Gentle and nice taste after swallowing act lightly sweet aftertaste. Very nice also operate long-lasting sparkle with tiny bubbles.
Prosecco is an excellent aperitif, suitable as a drink in the friendly and festive gatherings, can be administered as well as light appetizers and fish dishes.

“Il Vegre” Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso DOC

This very interesting wine varietal composition is the same as the big Amarone.
Composition of varieties:  40% Corvina , 30% Corvinone , 20% Rondinella and 10% of other varieties
Valpolicella is done using the “Ripasso”, ie. With a second fermentation of wine after adding vykvašených peel of Amarone. Very impressive wine with strong raisin flavors.
Production is very limited to only 15,000 bottles.
