No government had ever achieved any stride at moments of industrial conflict with its workers, civil or public. The joint disposition of the politicians and their workers remain the peaceable runway on which government policies take off. Government could maintain its rules to guide and drive the workers operation ; workers on the other extreme could periodically raise objections over their pay or its inadequacy through their numerous Unions , but the bottom-line is that without the two, at ease no gain and progress is realisable. Cordial working relationship therefore is sine qua non.
