The eye is one of the most vital organs of the body. It is very sensitive and needs to be taken special care.

Here are some tips to take care of your eye:
1.  Don’t smoke

Staring at a computer or phone screen for too long can cause:
• Eyestrain
• Blurry vision
• Trouble focusing at a distance
• Dry eyes
• Headaches
• Neck, back, and shoulder pain
7. Get your eyes checked at least every two years
